Awesome looking phone. Shame it has to run such a poor operating system in android.

I hope Microsoft and oneplus release a windows 10 mobile rom. I'd gladly get it just to get rid of the lagdroid and flash it with the rom. My friend has it and likes the phone.
Poor operating system?
You are either being sarcastic, clueless or just trying to be funny...

That's the beauty of having different user experiences. I know it's difficult for android fans to fathom but no not everyone worships the android After 7 years compared to others, android is a mess to me and a poor operating system.

Gotta love how differing opinion equals troll
Most reasonable people welcome differing opinions.
But here in the alternative section we get a lot of Apple fans that come here just to stir things up and put down Android.

This is not constructive other than to put down people's preferences and rile them up. This is the kind of thing that starts up all the Apple vs. Android stuff and really leads us no where.

117 posts, the majority of them negative, confrontational and / or needlessly aggressive - certainly paints a picture more towards the latter. 'Android sucks' 'Samsung make crappy phones' 'Android is a lag fest' etc. No discussion, no reasonable debate to explain your opinion, just a continuous, persistent negative theme to your posts.

It's a smartphone. Not your life. If you or anyone gets riled up because someone trashes an OS then you may want to talk to someone about that.

Most of my posts aren't about android lol. Nice try though. I give my opinion. I am not looking to discuss anything about android really other than sharing my opinion. If you or anyone feels offended or bothered because I don't worship google as you do and see android as anything decent that's not really my issue.

118 confrontational and aggressive posts. It's quite clear what your modus operandi is on the forum. The post history of a user always reveals all.

Post content and history really show people's real agenda. It is an OS and obviously you care enough to post here about it.
Your aggressiveness doesn't have to be about one particular OS or brand.

118 really? So you read all the content I posted as well as the replies to what I was posting? Lmao.okay then

Relax boys lmao one person who speaks ill of your preferred OS doesn't mean the world is ending lol. There's no agenda. But there also would be no issue if people wouldn't try to Tell people how wrong they are about android. Especially those who have used it be last seven years lol.

Notice how I said the phone itself is fine but I wish it had better software and it triggered someone lol.

Don't get me wrong, but why would they waste resources on W10? Seriously. Ask yourself this: If you own OnePlus company, and you have (very!) limited resources, you would use those for a W10 build?

I mean, even MS doesn't waste much time on W10 anymore. I would love that W10 was a success, and that we have a great 3rd mobile OS on the market. But W10 is a complete failure, and is rapidly loosing it's customer base that was pretty scarce to begin with.

I hope MS will roll out something great in the future (Surface phone?), but I highly doubt it. And no one makes W10 phones anymore, not even MS. So to waste even 1% of workforce would be pretty stupid. They can release salfish and bb10 version as well then. Same logic applies.

I do hope you mean windows10 mobile because desktop isn't a complete failure lmao. Nowhere near that.

As far as why would they bother? Xiaomi already has done so with Microsoft help. It doesn't take much effort for Microsoft to releases build and allow users to flash it that would be the only way id buy this. Certainly not to use android lol

Also you may want to get your facts right lol people including Microsoft do make the phones and have released them this year lmao.

And what else would I think? That you could install win10 enterprise on OP3?

Sure they have. Win10 mobile is a dead platform. A complete failure. So no one really bothers with it anymore. Not even Microsoft. And why should they? It only brought them financial losses. And it won't get any better.

EOD from my part. Enjoy ;)

I am out of the Note 7, last year at release the Note 5 32gb VZN was $699 at release and no option for that now.

So it's this or the Axon 7. Let's see which one gets my bucks. The OP X I got for $200 at BB is a screaming steal, am looking more now for good bang for buck and the Note 7 ain't that.

I am aboard the OP3 bandwagon now. Didn't expect to be here because my S7 hopes, but my situation forced me here, so I hope it goes swimmingly.

So just wanted to check: RAM management is really good now from what I heard. There is some pocket mode enabled by default to protect against always on fp scanner unlocks in pockets? The 1080p panel isn't so bright, but without adaptive brightness, it can be a lot better? Any other potential bugs I should be aware of?
[doublepost=1470805415][/doublepost]Does the Dialer have the ability to send a text if you dismiss a call? Can I use the Google Dialer too?

Question for OnePlus 3 purchasers in the US:

When your phone was being delivered, did it get held up in US Customs for a day or longer?
