Can anyone compile for arm64. I have an iphone 5s. Would live to get this working. Thanks
It doesn't work well on the 5s. libstatusbar needs to be fixed, 1st. It will not show in any app store apps.

I did not install your binary but I did look at it in a hex editor. It looks like it only contains one slice, which means you probably did not compile it for arm64 devices. If that is the case, you might want to make note of that so that 64 bit users don't bother with it.

My .deb file is only for 32 bit Users!! Not for the iPhone 5s!

I was so excited, until i saw it was for 32 bit. :(
Even if it isn't fully working on 64bit, i would def use it with all the quirks, kinks. Its been so long since any news on open notifier development.

Same here. I would use it for the native messaging apps at the very least!

Would it show native mail and SMS ?

On my 5s:
It works in Messages, Notes, Phone, Maps, Settings but not in Mail or Safari.
It works in Cydia, iFile, Flex, Firewall iP but not in iCleanerPro.
It does not work in any app store apps.

For all apps where it does not work (most of them) the icons just disappear. Here is the Settings app on the left and Safari on the right.

That looks amazing Tateu. I hope someone will load the .deb soon. I miss this app soooooo much

I sent an email to the developer a few days ago and have received no reply. I even created a twitter account today (Gold help me) just so I could send him a message that way.

Tateu, How did you get the mail icon in color, I have probably the same one selected but mine is black and white. Was there a status bar tweak in cydia that you needed to download.

How did you get the mail icon in color
In /System/Library/Frameworks/UIKit.framework, make copies of the Silver_ON_name icons (those are the color ones) and name the new copies Black_ON_name_Color. You will have something like this:

Black_ON_Envelope.png
Black_ON_Envelope@2x.png
Black_ON_Envelope_Color.png
Black_ON_Envelope_Color@2x.png
Silver_ON_Envelope.png
Silver_ON_Envelope@2x.png

I actually only copied the @2x files since the smaller ones are not used on a 5s. On my lockscreen, the Black icons are used. On any of my apps (for the few where it actually works) that have a light statusbar, the Black_Color icons are used.

You can also create your own custom icons and place them in that folder. Make icons of the same size and naming conventions as the 6 I mentioned above.

I sent a message to the dev via email and twitter but received no response...Here is a version that works on my 5s.

Tested on my iPhone 5 and silent icon works with libstatusbar 0.9.7.0 installed.

However it doesn't disappear when turning silent off. You have to disable it in OpenNotifier options.

OpenNotifier: Anyone on iOS6 and have this installed or remember...?

Same here . I went ahead and disabled the silent option and installed MuteIcon to get the same effect. Until OpenNotifier fixes this.

Two issues fixed:

1) Missing lockscreen icons (it just needed icons specifically labeled "LockScreen"), although I just copied the default Black icons, it might actually be better if they were rebuilt to the correct lockscreen statusbar size. Oh, well, maybe another time.
2) Mute icon not working correctly (had to change the hook method)

Binary and source code are attached to the first post of this thread, so they are easier to find.
