Other Order Placed! Did You Get What You Want?

I ordered for pickup in store. The time I picked *should* allow me to get home in time for work, but there can be no holdups, which makes me nervous. How long will apple hold my order for me to pick it up?
 
I was too slow doing mine and by the time I got it done there was none in any stores nearby.

Delivery Oct 3rd - Oct 10th, so I guess I'm a second batch? I'm in the UK and just wondering if anyone knows if the dates sometimes improve?

Ordered an iPhone 14 Pro 256 gb black. Upgrading from a 5 year old 8 plus, so it's going to be a really significant improvement!

Not even trading in the 8 plus because frankly it's still a terrific device.
 
Thanks for the advice everyone. I finally gave up and ordered from Sky mobile instead. Totally smooth there. Hopefully early date, but at least it was straightforward. Deep purple Pro Max 1TB :)
 
Lots of issues with Apple Canada. Wouldn’t let me reserve a pickup in store. Kept getting errors. They eventually sold out. But around noon CDT managed to find a 256 Pro Max in purple and a 128GB Pro purple. Secured and ready to pickup launch day.

Would’ve been the first launch I missed, had I not lucked out.

I wasn't able to preorder on Best Buy's website until a little after 2 pm central since T-Mobile was broken all day. I was able to get through (finally) and put in my preorder. I got exactly what I wanted for pickup on 9/16 - the iPhone 14 Pro Max in 256GB Deep Purple.
 
Apple Store via iPhone app did not work until 8:05 am EST. I have pre-orders set. I had the smoothest checkout on both orders I can recall.(I only sweated the App would allow access to the Apple Store). I used Apple Card for all transaction on for unlocked devices

Also was able to do a quick checkout for Air Pod Pro 2

Got my order into place prior to this morning, refreshed and opened the app as soon as I could. iPhone 14 Pro Deep Purple 1TB is going to be ready for in-store pick up on release day.
 
Have store pick up for the 16th 1tb purple here I come. Delivery was a whole month later. No brainer.
 
Ordered from apples site 256gb pro black . Kinda wish I ordered a max pro . Pick up at store 9/16
 
After my awful pre ordering experience I managed to be able to secure a day one 14 Pro Max 128 in Purple.

Sadly my wife has been having issues for some reason when she went online to pre order it told her she reached her reservation limit even though she didn't even order the device!

Super easy set up preorder day before for a Purple 14 PM 512, 8:03 am APP spawned and I clicked pay and had a 9am window to pick up at store. Worked great for me.
 
Sadly, outside the US pre-orders are so much harder from what I see. That‘s disappointing and wish everyone release day success
 
I ordered a 1TB silver Pro but I may end up exchanging it for the Pro Max. A few reviewers have mentioned the "dynamic Island" is more intrusive on the smaller pro since it sets lower on the screen than the notch did. They said its not such an issue on the Pro Max--but I'm not sure I could get used to the size.
 
I had that same thought when I got the 7+. I am not a tall guy and havesmall hands as well.
But I have never looked back on the Max size phones. You will quickly get over the “huge” size and love the extra real estate

Got the pro version in space black 256gb. Was all set to get the deep purple up to 11:30 the night before, but after watching a bunch of videos changed my mind. Got into the app on the iPad around 8:06 est, and was done in about 45 seconds. Phone coming on the 16th

I see 3 UPS tracking numbers (3 phones) on my UPS account. All have an expected delivery 9/16 from ZhengZhou, China. 1 shipped yesterday and 2 today.

Dang..I cant figure how to find UPS tracking my UPS choice showed nothing but still have Sept 16 delivery on 2.

I originally got a text message with 1 of them, clicked it, opened my UPS app and all 3 were there.

Thanks I have not received that text message yet. I guess I will later. I am not worried about delivery on Sept 16 but it‘s always exciting to get those tracking numbers
