Weird thing about this polar air cargo flight is that it’s scheduled for 6:05 and it currently 7:19pm there and it doesn’t appear to have taken off yet. Maybe it’s just a really early scan for departure on one of the two UPS flights? Doesn’t seem right either....

Well I didn’t see this one coming, but our 12.9 keyboard folios have a departure scan from Hong Kong. The time stamp is for 6:00pm HK time. I don’t have time right this minute to try to dig up what flight this might be. We’ll see what happens in the next few hours with them though.

Did anyone with a 12.9 iPad or 11 keyboard folio get departure scans for around 6pm HK time just recently?

Quick note: I see there is a Polar Air Cargo flight that took off at 6:05pm HK time to Anchorage (flight 948). So maybe they’re on that flight? Seems strange but from what I’m gathering some people here had movement last night on their orders and it wasn’t a UPS flight.
My 11” keyboard is still listed as being in HK. No movement on it since it’s origin scan at 6:22pm on 11/3.

Looks like this PAC948 just took off, an hour and 45 minutes late. If the keyboard folios and iPads get arrival scans around 2:10pm or so central time then we know they were on this flight. Flight continues onto Cincinnati at 3:25pm central time which is before either of the two UPS flights arrival time. So we should have a good idea of what’s going on this afternoon.

iPad Pro 11” departed Anchorage 11/4 8:09p
Keyboard Chep Lap Kok since 11/2
Pencil Louisville

I’m thinking it’s going to be on one of the UPS flights. So look for a departure scan in an hour or two.

My iPad (12.9in 512gb WiFi) arrived in Louisville at 10am this morning. I think this is the earliest anything has shown up in the US prior to launch day for me. Folio case showed up last week.

My 12.9 256 gb is in Louisville as well, enroute to Hilton Head, SC. Guess it will sit there until scheduled delivery on Wednesday.

Scratch that polar air cargo 948 flight for those that have 6pm departure scans from Hong Kong.

Just got an arrival scan in taiwan so this is UPS61. It’s scheduled to take off for Anchorage in 45 minutes and land there at around 3:30pm central time. It’ll have about a 2.5 hour layover before it continues onto Louisville where it should arrive there a little before midnight central time.

Wasn’t expecting this because this flight wasn’t scheduled before I went to bed last night. Otherwise I would have had this one on my radar.

My 12.9 keyboard is still showing in Hong Kong this morning. It has been sitting there since 11/02/2018 1:54 A.M. Sigh!

My 11” keyboard folio is still in HK. Everything else is stateside! My iPad’s in the same flight that arrived in Alaska last night. Again, just in case anyone cares.....
My keyboard is in HK too. Hopefully my iPad is at Best Buy or on its way. I’ll probably cancel my apple iPad order today. Apple Pencil from apple still shows 16-21.

I had to wait for my 10.5 to sell first otherwise I would have bought it the first day. 11in Space Gray 256. My shipping date is Nov 23 - Nov 28.

Mine is still preparing for dispatch.

If i don't get it by Wednesday i'm going to SCWEAM AND SCWEAM AND SCWEAM!

And then i'm gonna complain on the forum.

Last two days been repetitive for me.

Open app....”order being prepared for shipment”
Tap link
Opens apple page....”preparing for dispatch”

Rinse and repeat

My 11” keyboard folio has an 8:32pm departure scan from Chek Lap Kok.

My 11” iPad Pro hasn’t been scanned as arriving in Louisville yet, but I see the plane has only recently landed, so I expect that will happen soon.

Correct. It won't be considered as "shipped" until it hits your country. Been this way for years now.

My pencil has been in the US for days and still isn’t marked as shipped. So they’re using different criteria this time.

Mine is in Taiwan... where does it go from there? I have never seen that before. My Keyboard is still sitting in China.

11/05/2018 19:15 Taoyuan, Taiwan Arrival Scan

Mine's still preparing for dispatch. My AppleCare documents just dropped into my inbox though, that probably means, well.. nothing :D

Keyboard and Pencil are in Louisville. However the 11" iPad has been in Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong since 11/2 and hasn't moved.

How are y’all able to get your exact UPS updates if your iPad is still in ‘Preparing to Ship’ status? I don’t recall getting or seeing a UPS tracking number.

Go to the UPS tracking page and click on track by reference. Enter your phone number that Apple has on file and that should bring it up. I didn’t have to fill out anything else, even the country. I think that I also read that you can enter your order number, leaving off the last two numbers, instead of your phone number.
