I think they will do the delivery at last minute since it is expensive to store them in the stock in United States.

My order has change back to order in progress, Apple CS said the delivery date won't be change, it will still delivery on this Wed, and it is just protect the items delivery, they will change the status to shipped and provide the tracking number tomorrow, now what I can do is wait and trust them.
So I missed that fact the show was on the East Coast so at 10am Pacific time I go to watch and see that it's all over! Take a quick look at the iPad Pro specs and place an order right away and I'm looking at delivery Nov 16-21! I snoozed and I loozed.
I'm in the same group. Hoping it gets shipped out before UPS Strike impacts shipping.
My iPad (12.9in 512gb WiFi) arrived in Louisville at 10am this morning. I think this is the earliest anything has shown up in the US prior to launch day for me. Folio case showed up last week.
Pencil has been in Louisville since almost 48 hours ago with no movement (will probably be on hold until very early morning of delivery day) and my iPad departed ZhengZhou about 7 hours ago.
Wish I had the foresight to order ASK with Pencil and iPad (thought I wouldn’t need it at the time of preorder, now decided it’s just as needed as Pencil), now I have to see if I can grab them in stores or wait until end of month!

Another data point: My iPad Pro (11"/256/Cellular/Space Gray) has landed in Anchorage.
I'm using the UPS "Track By Reference Number" trick. On Apple.com, my iPad and Apple Pencil 2 are both still "Preparing to Ship."

I’ve done that too many times: now, I just order everything at launch and return it if I find that something doesn’t suit my needs. I usually need to live with it a couple of weeks to really know.
Ha, mine is on the same plane with the exact same configuration and I’m only like 50 miles from you, ours should be exactly the same until they get to Memphis.
My iPad doing a round the world trip from China to Alaska to Kentucky to Los Angeles. Ill wave as it goes to the east coast.
Looks like UPS59 and UPS63 got those continuing flights like I was anticipating. UPS63 will continue onto Louisville after a round a two hour layover in Anchorage this afternoon. UPS59 will have a three hour layover in Anchorage this afternoon before it continues onto Ontario, CA.
So I would imagine if you live on the west coast your iPad and/or keyboard folio will be on 59 and the rest of us will be on 63. Although my wife’s original watch did come via one of the Ontario flights before. Got to Ontario and they flew it to Louisville and so on. So don’t be surprised if your stuff is on these flights that it makes a pit stop in Ontario first even if you live on the eastern part of the country.

My 11” keyboard folio is still in HK. Everything else is stateside! My iPad’s in the same flight that arrived in Alaska last night. Again, just in case anyone cares.....
Well I didn’t see this one coming, but our 12.9 keyboard folios have a departure scan from Hong Kong. The time stamp is for 6:00pm HK time. I don’t have time right this minute to try to dig up what flight this might be. We’ll see what happens in the next few hours with them though.

Quick note: I see there is a Polar Air Cargo flight that took off at 6:05pm HK time to Anchorage (flight 948). So maybe they’re on that flight? Seems strange but from what I’m gathering some people here had movement last night on their orders and it wasn’t a UPS flight.
