Mine says preparing for dispatch and scheduled for the 7th so i am guessing that stocks may already be in the UK...although my replacement watch made it from China to England in just 36 hours
I stand corrected, it still isn’t anything to be sick about unless you are sick about the bill.
On the UPS site, you can track by reference number instead of tracking number. Just enter your phone number (whatever number you have on file with Apple).
My Pencil 2 ("Now With More Grip") arrived in Louisville in the past few hours and mine has not flipped to shipped yet either. For this year's iPhone I didn't get an email notification about it shipping until the day before it arrived even as I tracked it from China to Alaska to Louisville. Ordered through Apple. It could be because they are 'guaranteeing' one day shipping and if they alert you it shipped four days before it arrives then they get hammered with accusations of "Why did I pay for one day shipping if it really took 4 days??!?! APPLE IS GOING DOWNHILL!!" and on and on and on.
Yup, almost positive that they have a big stockpile sitting in the UK ready usually. Smart folio Keyboard has now been dispatched, iPad 11” and pencil still preparing for dispatch. May well stay that way until Tuesday sometime.

Ah—yes—thank you. I tracked it by reference and everything says in transit on UPS. Phew!
Well it looks like UPS doesn’t want to do an arrival scan in Louisville for UPS59. Landed almost two hours ago. It’s not unheard of this happening on Sunday. They’ll likely do the scan later tonight when they start gearing back up for the week. So I guess there’s a small glimmer of a chance that the 12.9 keyboards might already be there too if they were on UPS63 earlier and just didn’t get scanned either.
And while I was writing this they did the arrival scan for UPS59. Guess the keyboards are still in Hong Kong.

Exactly my status as well. Pencil’s winging its way across the world, but my iPad and keyboard are enjoying a Chinese holiday. The Pencil’s pretty useless to me without the iPad!
It may not show Louisville scam until Tuesday since they dont deliver till wed

Not a chance. They’re under orders to not deliver early.
This. The Apple deliveries are like no other. They won't deliver early. It also gets squirrely if you try to modify it, even holding it until a later date. Been there, got the Apple T-Shirt.
My 11” IPP has now had its departure scan. It’s on it’s way out of ZhengZhou.
