I haven't seen anyone mentioned getting this to work so I thought I'd pass my success story along.

All I had to do was open an Airdrop finder window on my Mac and select "Airdrop:Everyone" from the drop down at the bottom of the window. My phone popped up immediately. And vise versa, my Mac now shows as AirDroppable on my iPhone.

Really? I can't even get AirDrop to work between my iOS devices running iOS 8. What type of files can you send from Mac to iOS via AirDrop?

It's not, which makes me really really sad. It just doesn't open at all.

Messages seems to give the option to share your screen with a contact directly, without having to sign into AIM as on 10.9 and below - in a conversation, there's a new option in the Details popover, next to the FaceTime and call buttons.

It's possible that it's not supported on your system. For example I only have the option to AirDrop with Macs. There's no drop-down menu to pick "Everyone".

Do you have a 2011 MBP? That's a shame, I was looking forward to AirDrop :(
Oh well, hopefully upgrading to a Retina one next year sometime, so shouldn't have to wait too long for it.

Does it use Bluetooth 4.0 or something? Only thing I can think of that the 2011s don't have.

This is what I'd assume, however I thought it was based around Wi-Fi Direct.

Oh well, I can just use iCloud drive as a substitute.

Can anyone connect to other computers over the network in this build? Can't pick up my windows computer.

Does anyone have any idea what this "iGlasses" is? It was prompt when I activated Quicktime...

Sorry if already mentioned, but in Safari, if you type "youtube wwdc" and hit enter it takes you to the YouTube search results page.

Weirdly, I tried changing an icon, and it just changes it to the .png symbol WTF?

You can use .png's, just right click the png and choose Open In > Safari, then when it's open in safari drag that version to the get info panel and it works fine. It was like that in Mavericks too.

Screenshots? Maybe this requires BT 4? I don't see any option on my iMac (w/o BT4) that allows me to change anything...

Screenshots attached. Something I noticed doing it this time is that my iPhone icon didn't show up as quickly in the finder but if I resized the finder window it would appear and disappear.

Notice the "Airdrop: Everyone"

Also, this is super convenient to pull iPhone screenshots down from a phone.

My machine is a MacMini 2.3 GHz i7.

It's that way for a few websites. Typing in youtube has youtube as a google result, typing something after youtube brings it up as a youtube search.
Works with Wikipedia as well.

Examples:
youtube ?x = Search youtube.com for "x"
wikipedia ?x = Search en.wikipedia.org for "x"
google ?x = search accounts.google.com for "x"
