Anyone having issues setting up an Exchange account through mail.app? My just sits on the spinner and never connects. However it connects and configures fine under previous versions of OSX.

These recent OS X betas are not fully compatible with exchange accounts. I have two. One is for my personal use, and the other is provided by institution. Institution one will crash mail app every time i try to connect, while my personal one seems ok until now.

I'm running this on a Pro 15inch Retina without much in the way of bugs. I haven't experienced any system crashes at all, battery issues or anything like that.

I am running the Office preview so the very latest version of Outlook and although it functions, I have a grey sidebar. I can navigate to different folders, but I cannot see them (if that makes sense). It looks like a graphics glitch.

My main issue is that my Checkpoint Endpoint VPN Security client to connect to the work VPN no longer works. It functions up to the point of it connecting, then reports that the VPN address is not responding. I wonder if this is due to the dropping of discovery.d and falling back on mDNSResponder?

Other than that, no problems to report so far and I run a fairly good mix of apps and I'm using it for 8 hours a day every day :)

Mark, iPods won't show up on iTunes. Been a bug since Beta 1 and still wasn't fixed in Beta 2. Release notes still says it's a bug. Really p**sed off that they won't fix the iTunes bug.

My iPod touch gen 3 will connect but neither iPod nano we have will. Same thing happened during the Yosemite betas also.

I'm seeing the same behavior on Outlook 2016 w/ the gray sidebar. Glad to know its not just my system.

Swipe to the left = delete
Swipe to the right = Mark as unread/read (as appropriate)

But as it says above, you need to click the option which appears, which means they really could have added some more options. I'd like an archive one too.

You don't need to click the option that appear. Just swipe "bigger" or "longer" exactly like you would on your iPhone.

I've been having an issue on my 2015 MBP when waking from sleep with the Apple Bluetooth Keyboard powered on, it is consistently sending a keypress. I don't know one because it's in the password prompt. The only way I can login is to turn off the bluetooth keyboard. I then have to (obviously) delete all those characters and type in the password with the built-in keyboard on the MBP.

Turning the keyboard back on after a successful login works fine, no "stuck" keys. This only started happening after beta 2... it's very consistent every time I wake the computer from sleep.

I had this problem when I am in the password mode, ever since I got my Mac mini (2012), and it happens if I am too far away from the machine or otherwise reception is poorer. It might been worser in El Capitan, but I am not sure. It is however clear that it works not as good untill OS X is fully loaded. I found that it will connect if you go closer and be a bit patient, it really did not matter if I turned it on and off - however it seem like it in the beginning, but I think it is just a coincidence.

My keyboard is literally less than 12" away from the computer though. The only reason I use one is because I have the laptop up on a stand to make it more event with the monitor (Using mStand).

It seems to be each time I try and wake the computer from the BT keyboard. Today I woke it from the MBP's keyboard by simply pressing the space bar once and then proceeded to type in my login password on the BT keyboard, which all worked correctly.

I have some funky things where when I launch new apps on the primary screen while I have an app in full screen mode on the secondary screen, and the secondary screen slides to the desktop. I also have issues with apps not remembering what screen I had them last on in full screen when I launch them (iTunes mostly - Mail behaves as expected).

Sometimes on reboot however, my primary screen is black and it only seems to see my external monitor. I have to unplug the monitor and re-plug it back in.
Looking forward to beta 3!

I cannot connect to my company's WiFi using WPA/WPA2 Enterprise. My Mac see the access point, and it stuck at authenticating, and go nowhere. After a while, it just stopped without drag log. The IP shown in Network Pref pane started with the default 162.x.x.x not 172.x.x.x as it should be

I can connect to WiFi using WPA Personal, WEP an others fine. This bug just started immediately after install El Capitan. Any advise please

It seems like El Capitan has an error where it allocates over 30 GB of physical and virtual ram to process com.apple.sbd which handles iCloud transmissions sending the memory into critical usage. The fix is to kill the process using activity monitor but its still a killer bug that needs to be fixed before full release.

Anyone getting the beach ball when checking for updates through the Appstore? At least for me, it happens repeatedly.....tried deleting preference file but no improvement.
