For El Capitan this is easy. For iOS 9 this could be different.I doubt they will release a beta 3 tomorrow for 10.11, just a new iTunes build instead.
After reading all your four suppose to be a single post posts, I suggest you try everything possible to revert to Yosemite. If you can wait, you can wait till next beta release, which is likely about to release in a few days, less than a week.I also tried to create boot disk for El Capitan using Diskmaker X, it started, run, but hang. It never complete the creation of boo disk. It also hang Finder and the DIskmaker X app itself
You may choose to uninstall paragon ntfs driver for test purpose. However, you should disable rootless from recovery partition before reinstalling the driver. This can be accessed by pressing option key during starting up and choose recovery HD to enter that partition.Right after I installed Apple Epson and HP Printers driver 3.1, the problem immediately started. When I plug in an external USB HDD (NTFS formatted), which work before I install these two drivers (I copy the drivers installation dmg files from the external HDD), My Mac will not mount the HDD, but it still mount a FAT flash USB drive fine
After I reboot, my Mac hang at Apple logo boot screen as reported. I have Paragon NTFS for Mac on my system. Will there be some driver conflict that cause the problem?
I have the same problem, but when I go to iCloud preferences ad type my password, it says "an unknown error has occured"! Any idea how to fix this problem?Every time you restart the Mac it disconnects from iCloud and you have to enable iCloud all over again, deleting everything in your iCloud Drive in the process (on the Mac)... BEWARE!

I cannot connect to my company's WiFi using WPA/WPA2 Enterprise. My Mac see the access point, and it stuck at authenticating, and go nowhere. After a while, it just stopped without drag log. The IP shown in Network Pref pane started with the default 162.x.x.x not 172.x.x.x as it should be
I can connect to WiFi using WPA Personal, WEP an others fine. This bug just started immediately after install El Capitan. Any advise please
