When I export photos to a directory on my local HD and then use the finder to copy them to a USB thumb drive (FAT), the finder just hangs. It appears to create the directory on the thumb drive but doesn't copy the files. However if I use the command line there is no problem. Also, if I attempt to cancel the finder copy it just hangs with a "Stopping" message.Anyone tried to copy Photos library to external hard drive or somewhere else ? I get an error right at the end (finder cannot copy some of the files), ERROR CODE -36.
Am I the only one who has this problem:
Wake iMac Late 2012 from USB device does not work?
Don't know if a similar one has been already spotted, I've encountered the following:

I can partition and format this disk in any system from Lion to El Capitan and the latter will always show -9.64 GB used for "other". A negative disk usage is something I see for the first time.
Try new beta it addresses USB supposedly
(Don't try it if you have senseitive files and it may ruin your time/life), but being the third beta its safe, or just wait for 10.10.2 probably it'll be released this week or latest next

That safari lag is getting really annoying. Most prevalent with Twitter and another forum that I use.
Apple better get this crap fixed.
2015-08-04:
Which version of Chrome?
Is the problem reproducible with OS X 10.11.1?
That page loads OK in Google Chrome 46.0.2490.71 (64-bit) on OS X 10.9.5, OK in Chromium 46.0.2490.80 (64-bit) on PC-BSD 11.0-CURRENTNOV2015.
Chromium reports: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
You mean when you click links to open from tweetbot and safari freezes and doesnt load them? It happens to me daily 3 or 4 times. And not only with tweetbot.... safari will also wont load other links which i open as new tab when i am doing a google search.
Also occasionally my MBAir will freeze when i am on safari.....i ll have to wait some minutes or do a force restart....
So if I open a new window or tab and go to my bookmarks or just type in Twitter.com, it hangs and doesn't go. I have to hit reload a bunch of time before it goes and then other times it goes right away.
It also does the same on some forums as well.
In forums that have twitter links embedded it doesn't show them because Safari doesn't get Twitter to respond.
It is very annoying and I hope Apple gets this fixed ASAP.
This has been by far the worst update I've experienced in my years with Apple.
Mine tries to disappear but freezes half way then the screen turn black because it shuts down. Isn't the dock suppose to disappear all the way then shut down?Mine does the same – disappears halfway, freezes for a bit, then the rotating... whatever it is... appears, then it still takes something like 45 seconds to shut down completely. I thought Cappy was supposed to make shutdown really really fast. It's not really a big problem, but, yeah, it's there.
