OS X El Capitan: Working & Not Working Apps

In DP5 Xcode 6.4 crashes when trying to submit an app to App Store. Seems to work ok other than that.
 
Wonder why they were so quick on the trigger with this beta that seems to have more regressions than fixes? Was the finder sidebar issue that annoying to developers?
 
Avid Eucon (software for controlling MC control surfaces) and Geek Tool non working
 
Playstation Media Server (PMS) works as well.
So do Parallels Desktop 10, CleanMyMac v 1.10, GIF Brewery, GMATPrep, Audacity 2.1.1, SmartConverter, StuffitExpander, The Unarchiver and finally Mail (hurray).

With El Capitan Beta 5 (15A235d), Adium 1.5.1x crashes soon after opening. JustNotes does, too. Chrome dev (45.0.2454.15, 64-bit) has proven unstable when using the clipboard. The specific causes of these (and perhaps other) crashes is to me so far opaque.

i've used onyx since...forever, but...not sure running it with an untested system is a good idea; am suggesting you wait for the official el capitan, and an official (or official beta) of onyx before using it with 10.11... at any rate, proceed with caution...
 
Asepsis does not work due to rootless/SIP (also BinaryAge have said they will probably cease support past 10.10 due to this)

Pixelmator works, but it's been crashing for me if I have more than one document open. I'd be wary of using it for anything serious.

A record for me, in application memory usage: 47 GB !!

Let's see if public beta 3 changes this.

Edit: soon after this screenshot, I got a window with "Your system has run out of Application Memory", please force quit applications (or something like that). I rebooted.
 
So yesterday I rebooted out of El Capitan on the external SSD and into Yosemite on the internal SSD to do something I needed to do which wasn't yet set up on El Capitan.

Today when I booted back to El Capitan, PB 2, Fantastical 2 was missing, again. It's so weird as this is the second time it has happened. The first time I attributed it to user error as I was running it from the downloads folder by mistake and later cleared it out to the trash.

However, after that, I re-downloaded it and moved it to the Applications folder and it ran fine. But now it's missing again.

I just updated to PB 3 and it didn't magically reappear. :(
