Right. More like realistic Reggie

There's no jb coming

No one likes Reggie :D

If the JB is not out come this weekend sometimes, then it's just not happening, period.

I thought you were going to say if it doesn't come out this weekend you're switching phones :D

No need to re-sign with a computer every week now. There is a new tweak called Extender Installer now that do re-sign the yalu app directly on your phone now and it works perfectly so far.

What's the repo on that? Sounds awesome.

I just hate having to load kodi each week. I would love to run Kodi like in the old days but this having to do it every week i just hate on my Ipad 2017

Starting to lose hope in a 10.3.1 jailbreak. Today seems like it would've been the perfect day to release it. Still glad that I've got the 10.1.1 running fairly smoothly on my 7 plus, but I would've loved an untethered 10.3.1..... I'll just have to be content where I am it seems....

this is the only reason I want to jailbreak. If I could get Kodi on my iPad I would be set

I mean if that's all I cared about I'd probably look into those services where you pay to have a 1 year sideload app for a few bucks to not have to keep fidgeting with kodi sideloads

Won't speak to specific sites cause not allowed here and I can't think of any sites as I dont use it but am aware it's a thing

On a related note Apple sucks for changing free account from 30 days to 7. What a heap of crap

You should seek help then, professional help. I haven't been jailbreaked in a year+ and couldn't care less at this point. My phone doesn't run my life

Does a paid developer account allow you to do it for 1 year?

the clock is ticking. if jailbreak is not released by next monday, that's probably when apple closed the signing of 10.3.1. we're doom!

I don't know why jb community is like dead, due money or lack of interest or high security. What I think its money. Even they put 10 to 20$ for donations or paid. We are happy to pay.

It is getting easier to use a phone without it being jailbroken. One of the biggest reasons that I used to JB was because of the systemwide adblocking that would be available but with adblockers like Adguard and Adblock, they block ads in apps as well as everywhere else on the phone, I am happy. I am using a stock 6S+ as my daily phone. I don't have to worry about running an app to rejailbreak once I reboot although I still have a 6+ and an iPad Mini 2 on an untethered JB version.

I still do enjoy my JB phones and on my 6S, I have my Facebook app modified so I don't have the marketplace icon and I have FB++ and the mod installed to get rid of the stories at the top. It's all good stuff. I can do without a JB but at the same, I sooooo love what I can still do while jailbroken.

Great point. JB is pretty much dead now. Too bad there's no XDA development site for iPhone where people can work together as a community to try and crack stuff and work as a team openly in public.

Oh well it's pretty much only Nexus / Pixel and OnePlus devices for big time development now.

Maybe because Apple is willing to pay good money for available exploits.
Not sure if hackers would make as much money with peoples donations.
Or if they will go for the safe money and possibly a job offer at the Apple headquarters.

The only tweaks I do care about are activator & swipeselection, tweaks that make the phone more usable, especially swipeselection. The whole magnifying zoom is just terrible

I never JB to change the look of my phone with themes. I use the JB mods to also make my phone be able to do things it normally can't such as with Appadmin. Can't tell you how many apps I am using older versions for because I hated the new versions. It's nice to be able to do things I normally can't with stock iOS.

And I still can't believe we have that 100MB download limit from the app/iTunes stores. Those limits don't exist on Android. It's always been a stupid iOS limit and I get around that on my JB devices.

That wouldn't be possible.

To work openly on exploits that crack a proprietary system would simply provide a free exploit patching service to Apple.

All Apple would have to do is monitor the work and then keep releasing patches.

This is why no one ever knows what's going on. To show their hand means Apple patches.
