The Jailbreak on my 7+ 10.1.1 is mostly stable it will stay in a Jailbroken state for days if not weeks. I have no intention of updating to another version of iOS with no Jailbreak at all. Actually I can't say that I have no intention I think about updating every once and a while just for the added security but I haven't so far.

There was no jailbreak for 9 (untethered)…
What?

9.0.2 Pangu jailbreak (fully untethered) released at the end of October 2015. That's the jailbreak I'm on.

9.1 jailbreak as well, fully untethered.

It's only from 9.2 on that it became semi-untethered.

Interesting. I only knew about the semi-untethered one
That's why I haven't updated. I'm keeping my fully untethered jailbreak for as long as I can.

The 9.1 JB was easy to miss as it was 64-bit only and came at a time Apple was releasing updates at a fast pace. And there were only a small segment of users on 9.1 at the time. But it's still fully unethered.

I cant blame you, I'd keep a solid fully untethered JB over jumping on a buggy semitethered with expiring certificates half baked JB too :D

As they say in the hood it's a wrap. There was no jailbreak for 9 (untethered) & clearly the same for 10 so time to accept it. It was fun while it lasted

On that note time to update

Might want to get your facts straight before thinking you know about it.

I don't know why jb community is like dead, due money or lack of interest or high security. What I think its money. Even they put 10 to 20$ for donations or paid. We are happy to pay.

Whatever happened to bounties? Didn't they used to raise a ton of money to entice jailbreak devs? Ithought I read in the past it's come close, or passed a million bucks, not sure of that figure though. I have no issue at all dontating for a devs time and effort.

I'm talking about untethered. You know, a real jailbreak.

There is an untethered jailbreak, kind of. With extender which resigns your app automatically you aren't tethered to your computer anymore. The only caveat is you have to run the jb again if you reboot, but you can run it straight from your phone, no need to connect to a computer at all.

I'm sticking to my 10.1.1 jb like glue, well at least until the ip8 comes out and I'm forced to give it up. It's been VERY stable, really day to day there are zero indications that it's JB other than the apps/tweaks I now have access to.

While correct, the 9.1 jailbreak, at least the untethered code, was the same as 9.0.2.

My point is, nobody's worked on an untether for a long time, and it doesn't seem like they are going to again :S

Pangu is working with Apple. They were paid big bucks to get everyone to update to pacthed 10.3.2. Congrats you all there is no jailbreak coming

So I'm being delusional when I see three fully untethered jailbroken devices between myself and my wife? An iPad running iOS 8.1, an iPhone 6s on 9.0.1 and a 6s+ on 9.0.2. They are all really running 10.3.2 and I'm seeing things right?

Because the alternative would be…you're wrong?

I'd like to brag about my gullibility for a moment.
I had my 6s on 10.0.2 jail broken with Yalu. Not flawless, but all was well.
Then, I bought into the Pangu rumors and upgraded with delight to 10.3.1
Waiting....
Did Pangu cash in with Apple? I doubt it!
My guess is they are testing just how well jailbreak works on 10.3.2 and found they are close. Perhaps trying to work out a few bugs. Yes, they could have done that while 10.3.2 was in last beta, but I'm optimistic this has something to do with the delay... oh yes, and gullible. :)

I WILL WIN THE LOTTERY TODAY!

There! :D

No, in your case bold means you lose your money:p

Just in case though, if you do win I just bought a VW Golf Clubsport without telling the wife how mush I'm paying. Any chance of a loan(the type I don't have to repay):)

Do you mean no jailbreak for iOS 10.3 or no more jailbreak at all?

As you're the man with the inside knowledge I await your answer with baited breath.

My 7+ is still on 10.1

Can I jailbreak that still?
Should I update to 10.3.2?
What new features/fixes would I be missing out on by not updating?
