Just keep trying it, it will eventually work.

Hi Colling,

I tried so many times and also resolder the connections. Still the same msg. I get the same msg disconnecting the USB as well. So I thought may be driver issue. I reinstalled the drivers and checked with different Lattice programmer as I have 2. Still no change. when i install the drivers msg came drivers installed successfully. Im using windows 10 pro 64 bit.
Any clue?

hi Collin,

Tried with 3 different logicboards and 2 lattice programmrs so many times pretty much all day still the same issue.
(An error occured while flashing gMux IC.Your licence is still valid).

Yes. I have 10 logicboard need to disable GPU. But stuck with the first one. Hope Collin will sort this soon.
Have you checked and verified that the driver for the programmer is installed properly? To install the driver, the driver installer executable needs to be run as administrator. You can verify that the driver was installed successfully by checking Device Manager, and you should see "Lattice Programmer" under USB devices.

If you run the Demux program as administrator, it should leave a file in the root of your hard disk, named "programmer.log". Send me this file, as it will allow me to determine the cause of the issue.

ok let me do that now
[doublepost=1556499423][/doublepost]HI Collin,

I run the Demux prog as admin. But there is no programmer.log file anywhere.

The file will be made when attempting to do a flash. If the directory exists, it may be in %AppData%\LatticeSemi instead.

There is no folder called Latticesemi on %AppData% . and there is no programmer.log in drive c:
[doublepost=1556502864][/doublepost]do you think this is windows 10 issue?

It could very well be... One other thing, are you using a VM or a physical machine? I'd highly advise using a physical machine if you're not.

im using hp desktop physical machine.
[doublepost=1556508159][/doublepost]I have another hp . im going to install windows 8 and try with that . I'll update you soon. I'm really curious to fix this as i have 10 more boards to do.
[doublepost=1556508216][/doublepost]Also is there any way virtually you can check my pc and software?
