Hello,

There are new Phonix updates available for 10.13 - 12.0 see https://phonix.nl.eu.org for binary or sourcode

- [new] color customization (see preferences of Phonix)
- tabsort fixes
- cleanup and other minor fixes
- V3 only: reduce binary size from ~30mb to ~21mb by optimizing in Xcode.

Hello,

I found a tabsort bug in combination with dragging items in the playlist and then switching to another tab and back.

See https://phonix.nl.eu.org for v3 and v2 version ( + sourcecode)

v3b121 = for Big Sur & Monterey
v2b54 = for High Sierra/Mojave/Catalina

Hi vivo,
thank you for the continuing updates.
When I rearrange the columns (position etc.) and close/reopen Phonix it switches back to the default view.
Is it possible to keep the changes?

Hi frizzo,

Thanks.
I will look into it and try to fix it in a next update

Phonix v3 build 28 is available at https://phonix.nl.eu.org

- shn now has length and seek works
- you can now right mouse click to choose Export as -> WAV/FLAC/M4A. This will convert all selected items in the playlist.
um i somehow missed that you did this right after our last conversation - OMG it works!! can't believe that was a year ago, but there we are... THANK YOU!!!!

Nebojsak:

Open Terminal via/Applications/Utilities via the Finder and try (make sure Phonix is completely Quit):

Defaults delete vs.Phonix3

Nebojsak:

1. You dragged Phonix into /Applications, right?
2. Try in a terminal: sudo rm -rf /Users/[your-macOS-username]/Library/Caches/K-Meter.component then run Phonix v3 again
3. Other option, try Phonix v2b55

Nice weekend!

Hi Vivo,
I’m using v5b12 and can’t change the volume (the volume bar looks like it is turned up to the middle).
What can I do?
Thank you.

Hi,

For volume, you need to use the scroll wheel on your mouse or use the gestures of your input device that acts as a horizontal slider.

Left clicking on the volume slider protects from accidental loudness.

Maybe I can make it optional to enable different input methods for the output volume
