Hi Vivo,

Here short report on build 33:
- spectrum analyzer doesn't work after Phonix restart (auto-play function).
- in some cases adding entire folder (eg Band) with couple sub folders (albums) adding only first one (album) to the list. I was able to reproduce problem but I can't tell what case this. Noticed that with flac albums, however other flacs work just fine.

Settings were cleaned before testing.

hi Brian, sorry to hear

Can you try this: make sure phonix is not open/running

open a terminal and type: defaults delete org.vs.Phonix and press Enter

It wil delete old preferences. This could be causing your crash.

2nd option is to delete the Phonix folder in your Music Home folder so ~/Music/Phonix

Delete that one too when Phonix is not open. It can do no harm to delete it at first start.

I'm on macOS 10.12.6.

This is what I see in Console after trying to start a song:

Code:
Oct 31 11:42:04 MyMac com.apple.xpc.launchd[1] (org.vs.Phonix.30460[4589]): Service exited due to signal: Segmentation fault: 11 sent by exc handler[0]
Oct 31 11:42:04 MyMac com.apple.xpc.launchd[1] (com.apple.ReportCrash[4608]): Endpoint has been activated through legacy launch(3) APIs. Please switch to XPC or bootstrap_check_in(): com.apple.ReportCrash

@BrianBaughn

Are you using TotalFinder or another Finder extension? I think that is the problem.

Edit: And I assumed you are not starting Phonix from within the mounted DMG? That does not work and will crash
