I have a lot pictures of Bear but he won't sign anymore releases. You have all seen the boys outside along with the skunk, possum and multitude of raccoons. I much prefer to see photos that are prime examples of composition and technical expertise as well as interesting subjects. I will keep digging through the archives to find those that meet my own criteria.

I sincerely apologize. I was not trying to stir up anything. I was just trying to throw in a fun element.
I appreciate that, and at the same time, from my perspective you have nothing to apologize for, and I understood your intentions and bought into the idea.
Having said that, we should probably get back to photos in this thread, and I do not want to kill these discussions but the "Themed Threads" thread might be a better place, or a new discussion thread.

No apologies needed, I just think we all were eager post the next picture. I haven't taken many pictures in the last 10 years, except for the cats! I am hoping to get my Olympus E-10 back soon and start finding some new subjects. Having gone to one of the premier graphic arts/photography colleges, I got spoiled. I don't profess to be much of a photographer, because I majored in Photographic Science. We had three programs, Photo Science, Professional Photography and Photo Journalism. I managed to get my Associates Degree, but then life got in the way. I always had a great appreciation for the Illustrators, they were the real artists. We Photo Sci guys still had to take basic photography courses and labs besides the Physics of Light.

and back on track

Of course, trust he took time to decompress when reemerging from that ponder ;)

I'm still wondering what to do with my gear as I'm not sure whether I'll return to the deep. The membrane dry suit & wooly bear are now too small but I seem to have grown into the 3.5mm wetsuit. Maybe some warm resort ... sometime ... dream

I'm reminded of the song "Three Little Birds".....
Listening to that now - lol

Perhaps, though, I should have minded 'Twa Corbies', by Ayreheart (also by Steeleye Span)

As I was walking all alane, I spied twa corbies makin a mane;
The tane unto the ither did say-o, “Whar sall we gang and dine the-day-o?”
