I love these IR shots. Something magical about them.
Unfortunately he was captured in stone . But there were some very bold and risky attempts as you probably know. Escape from State oppression.please tell me that was not a real person who took a bold risk back in 1960..
Thank you for your kind commentI love these IR shots. Something magical about them.
I miss lilacs. It doesn’t get cold enough here for them.Lilac after the rain View attachment 1755666
Is that a feeder for Hummingbirds?
Sadly we don't have hummingbirds here in the UK. Its just designed to stop larger birds (starlings!) feeding. We get mostly Tits (all types) and sparrows on there. Is that a feeder for Hummingbirds?
We have a couple varieties at our current home. The large shrub, and a dwarf variety. The yard had not seen proper care for years, and the dwarf variety, I found one scrawny little stick buried under honeysuckle vines. I killed the vines and cleaned everything up and gave it a shot to survive. 2 years later and it looks like a shrub again. Tough little buggers.I miss lilacs. At first I looked at the woman, and that was OK, but when I saw the cat it made the whole thing very interesting and funny at the same time. The cat was a great addition to the sculpture. It sort of completes it.I'm not sure what the cat is doing in the sculpture...but its there...ready to attack!
That's real cute! Her name is Danette.

That’s cool. I love our birds, but the hummingbird would be the one I’d add if I could. Don’t think my Robin would like it though.@Apple fanboy, here is one of my hummingbirds for you. Even though I have a video cam setup to see them from my home in England, there is nothing like seeing them in person.
