It’s a 2001 Cobra with a Vortech supercharger. I really like those specific body styles of the ‘New Edge’ Mustang. Hard to come across in good condition with low mileage like the one I have photoed. The 1996 Cobra I believe was the S95 body style.
Definitely a different body style, although the overall look is similar. They went from rounded edges and corners in the earlier model to a more angular look - I am thinking mostly of the head and tali lights, and some other subtle differences. Having had the 1996, I can tell the differences but I have to actively look to tell.

And your car must have some sweet performance if you have a supercharger in addition to the 8 cylinder engine in the Cobras.

Zorro, a stray cat that came by our house about 5-6 years ago. He wasn't fully socialized, and we were at our limit (6) of cats.

He got into a scuffle so we took him into the vet to have him checked out and found out he had FIV. Since we couldn't take him in, and most shelters don't want to take cats that aren't socialized (harder to get them adopted), the vet told us leaving him in the wild with FIV would likely be a death sentence for him. So we made the tough decision to have him put to sleep.

Didn’t you already post this photo?
I don't think so? In post #154 a similar, but different, picture of a Magnolia was posted by @shanson27 . The new one in post 201 looks like a different angle, and the bloom on the right is closed in this picture but open in the picture in post 154.

I wouldn't be surprised if both pictures were taken around the same time - I know some / many people like to take a lot of pictures of something so as to increase the chances of getting a good photo.

A small piece of conglomerate I picked up on a hike earlier this week. Seems to be some sort of a natural concrete.

Also a stereo pair of the same image, separation was about 5cm. No glasses needed, comes down to looking at the left image with the left eye and the right image with the right eye. Depending on the monitor you may have to be back a bit or even zoom out. Decent instructions on how to view parallel stereo pairs here:

Well never was good at these type fo 3D images, and my current itchy hayfever affected eyes (albeit less than years gone by) make it even less likely but nice image.
Another archive infrared shot, which has actually renewed my interest enough for me to get another IR converted D70 ;)

Cheers :)

Hugh
Never seen this type of infrared photography would like to know more. Interesting shot.

Not to worry some people for whatever reason simply cannot do it, but for those of us who can it's a really neat no-cost way to create and view stereo images.

It's taken with a digital camera that's had a filter put over the sensor to only let a certain wavelength of light in, in this case 720nm in the infrared range.
Older cameras are better because more modern ones have a built in IR cut-off filter, which doesn't really help ;)

From the camera, pictures tend to have a lot of brown shades, but in post processing a red-blue channel swap brings out the sky and renders foliage a brighter white.
This range also lends itself to beautiful black and white processing with great contrast.

There are other filters available when converting a camera to IR, one of which gives a 'goldie' effect to trees but you can still get blue skies; I think it's in the 560-600nm range.

Photos need to be taken in bright light, and best at f/8 or f/9.

Cheers :)
