Small, garden courtyard pool setup in a local apartment complex -- water was running freely when I peaked in on a walkabout a couple of mornings ago -- no birds bathing this time - it's a favourite natural birdbath of several small 'ground & shrub-dwelling' species in the area (but difficult to access & photo without disturbing them into flight).

Something we don't get at lower latitudes and certainly not in big cities, the Northern Lights.
Yes. These is also a high degree of light pollution in cities (street and other light emissions), and this light "sort of" blocks or filters the Auroras. The Auroras are visible around both the North and South poles. The following is an Aurora forecast for 29 April (four days from now). The forecast is for a Kp5 magnitude around the North pole and regions nearby. The webpage shows todays' forecasts for the different Northern regions, so you have to choose "your" region, and then advance from "Today" to the 29 of April so see the forecast for the 29th.

Had a fun evening out in Richmond Park and Isabella Plantation here in the UK in London this evening. A little dark so I had to crank the ISO up. Lots of deer, bluebells and other plants. So much material that I'm going to have to sit in front of Lightroom for the next week
