New neighbors moving in and building their nest! I was out on my deck shooting something else when I noticed a bird coming along and landing on the rope that borders our boardwalk, just below me. I pointed the camera down to take a look and realized it was one of the pair of doves I'd seen a few days ago when they briefly paid a visit to my deck. Guess they found a better location for their new home!

This tugs at my heart … as in it’s becoming a lost art to know how to work on classic cars, create these beautiful designs. Simple engines allowed people to .. we’ll see and appreciate the motor.

Lunchtime. Another from a 2014 winter trip to Yellowstone NP. Redid with a B&W film simulation in Lr. 600mm, f/6.3, ISO 400, 1/1600s. If I remember correctly I didn't have much time to set all of my exposure settings since he was ready to move on.
