I agree to the left would be better, but originally I had the tail fin in as well so they were just to the right of centre, so not sure if a tighter crop would lose to much. I'll have a look tomorrow when I'm back on my Mac.

I had a go at shifting the guys to the left. To avoid cropping too much detail I shortened the missile to keep the rear fins in, stretched the right hand side of the plane to afford more space to the right of the men, and rotated the whole pic to level the missile.
That's my 'interfering busybody' deed of the day done for today.

Well I guess I won't bother re-cropping tonight then! :)

Yes it works better like that.

Lovely.

Seductive maybe?

Another IR shot. Getting a little better feel for subjects (foliage against a background sky can be quite dramatic, harsh daylight works better than overcast, etc.). More importantly getting a better feel for how to adjust the images in post. Focus still a major issue and using LV isn't fixing it. Probably going to send in the converted D300 and 20mm lens to Lifepixel to have them pair the focus with the IR sensor.

I like the picture, but don't get the title reference.

Who's Eddie?
C'mon .... he's the guy who lost the level .

(George and Marie's eldest son ; worked in a shoe repair shop for a while but quit . Claimed it wasn't in his soul . His parents were heartbroken , but everyone else knew he wouldn't last . )
