Another one from the Bristol Balloon festival. I edited out some people and buildings as I found them distracting. Is that wrong?

Comments always appreciated.
I thought about that, then decided against it. Basically there are houses, cars and people all along the cliff. Due to the trees it was fairly easy to clone out. There was also some graffiti on the cliff itself.I agree with Kenoh: if an element is distracting my eye from what I think the focus of the image should be, I'll often take it out. For this image, I might have even removed the radio tower on the left side of the horizon line.
Yeah, removing the tower is far from necessary. I see the area you're talking about now and you did a good job! I've also never seen a hot air balloon that shape before.I thought about that, then decided against it. Basically there are houses, cars and people all along the cliff. Well howdee partners!
It's been a long time since my last visit here, and it is not without reason. As some of you may remember, a friend of mine and I have created a photography-cinematograpy company, The Big Picture, and evidently, we have been busy setting that up. Along with everything that's going on in this country, and my day job, you get the picture.
Most of you also know that the MR photography forum has been an inspiration for me during my first steps in photography, and for that reason, I would like to share with you my first steps in wedding cinematography. Some of you might say, and rightly so, that this is not the place for it, but but but my long lost friends are here.
All shots are handheld, since I do not have the proper equipment yet (steadicams, rails etc) and there are a couple of scenes that I kinda botched, however, I'm getting better as I go, so I won't let you down in the future, I hope...
Cheers,
Patrick

*cough* I er...don't know what you're talkin' 'bout.I am not however into this thinning and preening models on magazine covers malarky. That is just false.
I'm certain that doing wedding video can be a very demanding and stressful occupation but if you did just one like this you'd make your year:
One more from the woods.
Fuji XE1 with Voigtlander Nokton Classic 35mm
I like that, really nice. You liking your Nokton Classic?
I like the colour in this one however I might try it with less clarity / sharpening on the building and trees on the right. Maybe add a bit of a vignette, film grain and it would be a lovely vintage postcard pic, nice one!
No just a single shot from a canon with its (what the internet want you to think) measly DR.Woah! look at those colours. Is that stacked or HDR or anything? the DR of that image is incredible!

As suggested, a few mods to make it look more postcardly - included a label as well. IMHO much improved thanks to your inputs. Cheers
