Some BIF testing

Either you're on the 'scenic route' to Bryce Canyon/Zion , or you're heading south to either Monument Valley/Antelope Canyon/Horseshoe Bend/Valley of the Gods/Grand Canyon or Canyon de Chelly/Mesa Verde/Chaco Canyon . Or you could just be lost and are asking for directions .

Every Thursday night over the summer my town closes off part of Main Street and has a different band perform live, all for free. Last night was the last one for the summer so we'll have to wait until next year. Shot with my FujiFilm x100f, Acros-Yellow film simulation.

It could be any number of places out west but I now have an incredible urge to drive on that very road. Darn you! :)
Oh, and I like the picture a lot.

CO 94 on the way to Pike's Peak?

Thanks for the guesses and general interest.
When I was driving down this road I already knew what was supposedly at the end of it and as the mile markers kept counting down, it was even more surprising.
I took the above picture between mile marker 5 and 6. And at mile 0 was Dead Horse Point in Utah:

It just blew my mind how 5 miles from this drop, the landscape could be so deflective from what's about to come.
I assume that's why it's called "Dead Horse" Point after all...

Oh and @someoldguy I'm glad I wasn't lost ;)

I could have sworn you were coming up on Pike's Peak from the east. So did you go see the potash farms nearby?

Yes I did. Just from the top of Dead Horse Point though. I was trying to drive there down in the valley, but it turns into a private road and you can't really get close...

When I hiked up to Corona Arch, I had to cross rail road tracks. And it wasn't until later that I figured out all those tracks are there for is to get the pot ash out. Lots of money must have went into blasting that route into the mountain, but then again, lots of money in the fertilizer industry as well...
