Alternate photo choice to the one used for the Alphabet thread - "10". Relaxing poolside with 10 toes still there despite decades of mowing the lawn. :D
Or as the sign says, I use to have 5 feet, but I am relaxing and cooling off after just finishing laying 12 pieces of sod to correct an erosion area and using an axe to cut the sod for path turn angles. Now I only have two feet!

Wow some outstanding images posted since yesterday. This one really blew me away, the more so since my F-I-L was a hobby beekeeper.

Bumble on old Allium. Not sure why it was on there - we keep some of the old stalks around in our garden for their nice structure, but there she was, having a nice time. Haven't shot my d850 in a while.

Fantastic. I've been checking that lens out my self.
I love that lens adapted to the R6. I have taken lots of photos (portraits) of my pretty wife when sitting at the table at about 5 feet of distance. Hardly any distortion.

Taken with the 5DII and the 40mm pancake a few years ago, handheld (forgot my tripod at home):

This isn't your typical photograph as I'm restoring an old family photograph and using one of my images I took of Hart Plaza located in Downtown Detroit, Michigan next to the RenCen. I am still in the process of restoring and for fun I gave the image a sport theme of Detroit and honoring my mom's parent heritage coming from another country. It should be easy to guess what country and when I am done restoring the picture I will get rid of the sports theme and change their entire to fit them better. I am also looking for another background image to use. BTW - my late mother is the one on the left.

Developed a serious tire issue on the trip; 23 foot RV with a tow vehicle behind and a carbon fiber Trike (bicycle) fitted on the rear of the tow vehicle. Took several hours to find a repair shop that would look at it the following morning. Dually rear wheels, the outter wheel went flat, unknowingly, while on the road. The chrome wheel insert/cover retaining bolt and lug nut came off, leaving only one bolt and nut to hold the cover on. The repair guy said that the shop that installed the tire fitted the retaining bolt backwards. That the other retaining bolt and lug nut spun off while on the road. Leaving the cover to strike against the valve stem. Photo: field of tires at repair shop.

I'm jealous. Looking forward to your post.
It is a lot of work. We had 3 days of glitches. My brother is doing the driving -- 350 miles per day. He won't let me drive; though I have become the passenger seat driver -- drives him nuts. He has a hard time driving the 'rig' -- about 33-feet total length. High winds, can't back the RV up since it may damage the tow system to the tow car, and having to make really wide turns. A lot of thought goes into navigation. Thank the Garmin gods.

We have met some really nice people. Some helped us out with either referring to people who could fix the issues, and the people who worked on the RV. Gas prices for diesel have been about $3.30- $4.00 / gallon so far. We use an app called Gasbuddy -- it has helped find gas stations and lists the price for gas. The RV is averaging 14.9 MPG.

I like boondocking, he likes sites with full RV hookups. The RV is fully self contained, though we will have to dump the black and grey water tanks soon. He is a member of Passport America, RV sites are really cheap -- but have to reserve in advance.
