Another post poking fun at my dog. Here she is next to my brother’s dog:

My sister-in-law, she wanted a small dog. She didn’t get one. If you combine Charlie’s weight and Zuzu’s weight you get…well, pretty much Charlie’s weight before he goes outside to do his business.

So now that I have a rig to do it, I am going back through my old 4x5 negs and digitizing. Being able to simply copy them rather than scanning is a godsend, as a typical colour neg scan takes close to 15 minutes and usually involves some post scan clean-up and tinkering. Off the top is this old barn that was located along the highway between Buena Vista and Leadville, CO. Neg was somewhat under-exposed so I never bothered to print it. With the aid of AffinityPhoto, and PhotoShop Elements I was able to pull a halfway decent image from it.

Linhof Technika Camera, Schneider SA 121mm lens. Probably 1978 or 1979.

I recently had a hankering to shoot film again, and went up into the attic to look for my Olympus Trip. I spent an hour or so going through boxes and bags of stuff, but to no avail.
Eventually I have given in and bought another (my original one will probably pop up now ;)).

I wanted to use a Trip again because with my dad's 1950s rangefinder my old eyes have trouble focusing correctly, and I had all but given up trying.

Cheers :)

I’ve just realised you must all think I talk like Data :D

Cheers :)
