We seemed to have skipped Winter this year in England and gone straight on to spring. The snowdrops are out - although this is normal behaviour for them.

LUMIX DC-G9 with the P100-300ii. Post processing in Darktable.

The biggest complaint I have heard is the noise the focus motor makes. Interested in that new series pf primes.

I don’t think the noise is that bad. Definitely not meant for video though. As for photography, the auto focus and AWB was wonky out of the box at ver 3. Had to borrow a dock and upgraded it to ver 5 and so far it looks like it has improved quite a bit. Kind of stupid that you need a separate dock to update the firmware.

I thought the Tamrons can upgrade through the camera.
