We like owls in the UK twit too!And another beauty.
I'm getting flashbacks. Some time ago there was a canadian(?) photographer that posted snowy owls in this thread. And every shot was stunning. Made everybody green with envy.... I hope you're not on the same track.

Before Sherlock became the Cat IT Manager, he was into Parkour. Those are the pipes and metal supports that go along the basement ceiling that the little twerp is on in this picture. He got out of the habit, but when we first got him he loved getting up there and walking back and forth across the pipes and beams.
Snow moon is one of several names given by peoples of the northern hemisphere to mark the significance of the full moon in February, the fag end of winter, including 'hunger moon' and 'storm moon'. Pleased to report that the snow has gone from my garden, the weather is now kind and we have a full larder. I will confuse all by renaming it my thanksgiving moon.

From December 2007, Canon Powershot A550. Combined that small CCD sensor and an ISO of 200 with just a touch of sharpening, to get an effect similar to ISO 400 film grain.

What no bird sitting on the fence!
LOL, Been busy with other things the last few days, and the birds aren't coming to the yard as much since we're out of the terrible cold spell. Rest assured, more birds will be featured soon!

‘Blocked glass’ is becoming extremely rare on buildings/houses, mainly because of the cost and overall arduous battle to manufacture. This was taken on the south side from my neighbors sunroom.
