I think my encounter was altogether more brief. I’m not a big royalist, but she was opening somewhere I worked. The royal family must think the world smells of paint. Everywhere they go has just been done!

My two were not dissimilar - altho' no paint was tainted in the process. Anne is President of something I am associated with and her dad was University Chancellor when I was in charge of a unit which was launched. I had a joke with her and endured a nervous protocol with him.

The ice and snow are already almost merely a memory: the temperatures went up by 40 °C (from -20 to +20) in the last week...

I'm getting flashbacks. Some time ago there was a canadian(?) photographer that posted snowy owls in this thread. And every shot was stunning. Made everybody green with envy.... I hope you're not on the same track.

Which way to go? Actually, the furthest out is the main mountain bike track. The middle is the loop up and the climbs behind me for the jump/drop back to the main trail (or repeat).

From a walk downtown a couple of days ago. Fuji XP90 P&S camera. Does not reflect my own attitude towards Zoom, which is more along the lines of; "Take this Zoom and..."
I only talk to 5 people in the real world outside of work. I live with one. The other 4 it’s just on the phone. I know what they look like.
