Another chance to practice shooting during a snowfall.

i took photos of this morning's snow. but then i remembered (not that i ever really forgot, mind you), when seeing that photo against all my recent images in LR how much i really don't like snow. so i went back to my flowers and omni wand and pretended it was summer. and i was much happier.

Tell me more about summer. I have a vague memory of it!

It’s really nice and warm and all the yellow and green you can imagine. Unless you’re at the beach, then it’s warm and blue.

And your hands are never cold.

Sounds heavenly! Meanwhile I’m in bed listening to the last of the old fence panels (due to be replaced this week) blowing around in the wind.

Tanagra (not really)
Victoriana. Like much of the UK - seen better days but still in use...Likely over 120-years old postbox.

Hey, it still works after all these years, so props for the foresight. My last rental had a community post box (ugh) circa 2008, and already one door was missing when I moved in, and the builder installed it with the doors facing a busy road. Snowplow slush would slop up against it and freeze all the doors shut, so you didn’t get any mail until the weather conditions improved enough for it to thaw out. Anything you did get was stuck inside until then, too.
