Took this one many years ago with an iPhone 4s during an Apple pilgrimage.

Fiji's Coral Coast, along the Queen's Road between Nadi and Suva. I rarely took the flight from Nadi to Nasauri, to get to Suva, opting instead for the long and winding road, and views like this one.

September 2010. Olympus E-PL1 and kit lens. Shot using the iEnhance profile and presented straight out of the camera.

Oh sure, I’ve been trying to talk myself out of preordering one, and then you remind me! ?

OM-1 looks quite compelling. The multishot performance looks like it is a lot faster now so very tasty looking. I imagine a 12-40 pro would be wonderfully balanced on it and it looks like they have fitted a deeper grip so it is nicer for those of us who are club fisted to hold.

I look forward to hearing how you find it.

Back in the 80s I sold cameras - we had the OM-1 (film of course). The camera, I heard, that went with the climbers on Mt Everest. Nice, sturdy, small build unit. I had a Leica R4s at the time, I almost sold that to get the OM-1

A bit of history I read, originally the OM-1 was going to be the M-1, but Leica already had the M system, so Olympus renamed the M-1 to OM-1.
