Do you have a Color checker chart or something similar? You could take a film shot of that and scan it in.

By my time zone, I missed Saturday, so here’s Sunday (and still in the archives). The Ferry At The End Of The World, Fiji. Found during a circumnavigation of the island of Viti Levi, along the King’s Road.
The ferry at the edge of the world by Jason Hindle, on Flickr

Olympus E-510 and (probably) 25mm f2.8 pancake lens.

Where is that? Here in Athens it is 18c/64f back to chilly Geneva tomorrow.

Hi, I am watching the news and while I said the storms were heading in your direction, I now feel a bit silly seeing the chaos it is causing. You mentioned that you were heading to Geneva. I hope you arrived safely and that you are unharmed by Storm Eunice.

Yucca plant in snow, Rocky Flats National Wildlife Refuge. So many NWR locations are former "Superfund sites", at least in Colorado. For those who aren't familiar with the phrase, in this case it's a long term bucket of cash set up by the government to clean up toxic waste. The other one I frequent is a former chemical weapons facility, this one was a nuclear-centered facility. Tons of radioactivity and there are still calls today to re-close the area to the public.
