I need to get my KTM out. Already scraped my leg really good in the garage bumping into my tires! Good times!Skating was pretty much hopeless that day, but the guy with studded tires sure had a blast.

I am more concerned about the person who lost his body and just the boots remain on the ice.Skating was pretty much hopeless that day, but the guy with studded tires sure had a blast.

Sony A7rIII with 70-200 lens @200mm. Unfortunately, aperture was f4.5. Wish I had stopped down more for greater DOF where the forward blackbuck antelope would be in focus.May I ask, what camera do you use?
The boots are mine. I had just put on my skates then took the picture before attempting to skate on ice more than 2 feet thick, but the surface had recently melted and refrozen during a heavy warm west wind. There were literally tiny ripples on the surface making skating quite challenging. Tomorrow's post will better illustrate that.I am more concerned about the person who lost his body and just the boots remain on the ice.
