Thanks. Pixel be thy name. For a few years now I’ve been disjointed. Apple for computer and tablet; Android for phone. Last year was going to be the the great unification. Until I saw a masked man try to use Apple Pay in a supermarket...

With an Apple Watch, it works better. When it works. It hasn't worked consistently in a while. *shrug*

Ha, yes. I personally haven’t had issues using apple pay while masked (just double-tap and enter passcode), but it is more tedious than perhaps it needs to be. In any case, you can use any camera by any manufacturer in this subforum. While we certainly get into brand or other ephemeral discussions, sometimes even heated ones, we do try to keep it about the image at the end of the day.

Tanagra (not really)
I actually didn’t care for my 12 mini (part of it was finally needing to get glasses for up-close stuff) and ended up going a few steps backward to a refurbed 8 plus from Apple. It was cheap, and TouchID makes it easy to use all the time. I don’t use my phone for that much, and it’s not my primary camera. It’s a very economical way to have an iPhone, and I can read it without having my glasses on all the time.
