So I had not intended to get into any of my old 35mm stuff but discovered 4 rolls of the old Ektacolor 5254 negs that were good enough that I never cut them. This shot of the Trans Canada Highway heading towards Banff is from one of those. This from the early 1970s, I challenge anyone heading to Banff on a nice day to get an image so devoid of cars.

First we have the dark trees in the middle and the bottom, it's like frame around the picture.

Every time I drive past this tree man, I’m let down that nobody has put a head on him.
