If you zoom in you can see it. Perhaps a JPEG compression artifact. In particular if it was JPEG compressed multiple time (compressing an already compressed image) or an MPEG compress video frame grab.

We have lots of those in the NL, but not pink. Different diet I guess. No shrimps, like flamingos
I’ve had that happen when saving to Facebook / Flickr / other, then downloading again and using again cause I can’t find the original. Annoying as all heck.
