Very nice, what's the story behind this?

That's a (big) display of Nike shoes in the middle of one of the (big) shopping malls in Bangkok. Each of the boxes the shoes are on actually spin around at different speeds/directions and make patterns when viewed from above.

There are actually more shoes than that...but part of the roof is glass and caused huge streak of bright sunlight in the middle of the whole formation so it was impossible to get it looking good in one exposure so I was only able to get the strip in the middle where the sunlight was.

Could you let me in on what that means?

Glenn Falls seems to attract some really nice looking ducks around this time of year. I managed to get a few shots as they will come right up to you if you sit still

I like how some of the water looks like gold flakes. Well done.

Thanks, spitfirejd. The gold color came from the late afternoon sun. I just walked around the fountain until the water was slightly backlit. I had a lot of fun trying to catch interesting patterns and shapes in the splashes.

Nope - I took this photo at around 7:30pm when the sun was setting, so the sky was naturally richer and more evenly exposed.
