Either you need to clean your glasses or air out a smokey haze in your room; those colors are pretty much perfect.
...but I do think Doylem needs to come clean about staging his shots with stuffed sheep. They look too good to be true!

I have never stuffed a sheep, and I'll wrestle the man that says I have.
(This also covers "sweet shot", "great pictuture" and all other short variants.)Useless posts. Do not bother making posts with only one or two words (e.g., LOL) or a smilie, or post simply to have the first reply in a thread. Such posts waste everyone's time and will be deleted. Posts saying "I agree", "me too", or the equivalent are also routinely removed.
If a thread becomes too troublesome to moderate, it will be closed!Sequential posts. Combine your comments into one post rather than making many consecutive posts to a thread within a short period of time.

I don't know if a response to this moderator's post is acceptable here or anywhere else on this forum, but I feel inclined to voice my opinion, so I will. While I understand that a certain level of content must be maintained in order to ensure the integrity of a given thread, I think it would be unfortunate to have a daily photo thread where short, impulsive comments are unwelcome. When someone responds to a photo with a simple "sweet shot" or some such thing, they may not be offering constructive criticism, but they are registering their appreciation nonetheless. These types of comments may seem too pithy or even vapid to some, but they do tell the photographer that something about his or her creation prompted a viewer to press that "quote" button. That alone is valuable feedback.

Fantastic work everybody! I love to see the world the way you see it... it's an enriching experience which enhances my life greatly. (read: I don't know the first thing about technical aspects of photography... so when I say 'nice shot', this is what I mean.)
