6039 With Plant

Just to cover my bases in case someone deletes the premature August thread...

Grand Trunk Western Railroad steam engine 6039 on display at Steamtown National Historic Site in Scranton, PA. This train engine has a small plant taking root on it near the cab. Nikon D3x, 80-200/2.8 AF-D @80mm f/2.8 1/125th SB-800 (iTTL -2/3rds) -.7EV ISO 100

Correct, I am saying "smaller aperture" meaning a smaller opening. I don't have the money right now to buy a flash gun, so I will continue to do my best with available light. Thanks for the tips!

- No Flash necessary, you could use a reflector. $50, or you can make one yourself from fibreboard and aluminum foil. It will reduce the contrast between her face and highlights.
