This is a pair of juvenile Eastern Bluebirds. I had planned on getting shots of them interacting and feeding with the adults but missed that time by about a week.

Nice picture!

Interesting perspective, even if it did literally make me lean back in my chair! I'm not good with heights.

It's always good when your photos elicit a reaction, although I'm not sure I was aiming for a vertigo attack. Sounds like you wouldn't like that building, the balcony edges are pretty low.

Focus was on the plane of the red box a f2.8. Why - dunno Also taken with Canon 1Ds2 probably).

Here is one from the 4th of July I finally got around to processing. It's a composite of 4 separate long exposures. I was taking my time cause I thought I was going to have to mask and paint the fireworks in layer by layer, but turns out using the layer blend mode(lighter color) it was a fairly quick process. Gotta love Photoshop!
