Thanks! I'm using 12 Pro as well (non Max). Funny you mention it because I turned on RAW for the first time this weekend, it might actually get me off Live Photo mode 👀

And I love Vancouver, BC - all of BC, actually. Having lived in Seattle going on 70 years, I've had many a memorable visit to the province, and many I don't recall too well ... Toured the Selkirks a couple of years ago - wow. Had some fun on joint maneuvers with Canadian Forces in the early 70's, too (USMC '71).

Sample Gates on the Indiana University campus. Edson Sample funded construction of the gates in 1987 and dedicated them to his parents, Louise Waite Sample and Kimsey Ownbey Sample, Sr. The gates, constructed of Indiana limestone, stand as two welcoming pillars at the edge of Old Crescent, the historic site of IU's first campus buildings built between 1884 and 1908.

Nice photo!!
You seem to be enjoying that macro setup and I've noticed your macro images are progressively getting better...Great job!!! 🥳 👍 📸
Macro is addictive, because there are so many "little things" that we as humans tend to overlook everyday.
The details, patterns and colors in the macro world are astonishing!!
Not sure if you know about iNaturalist or not...but if you enjoy the macro world it, I think it would be of interest to you.

Thanks! Yeah, this little macro adapter has made for some fun times. It’s been so dang hot lately and life has been hectic lately that I’m lucky to get out for any length of time. Macro is good, as I can make a pass around the garden in 10-20 minutes and maybe come back with a handful of keepers.
