Standing on a footbridge over the Potomac River out of Harpers Ferry WV. These are the Maryland Heights on the other side of the bridge. BTW, first time I've visited the national park there in Harpers Ferry, they've done a very nice job telling the history of the events there that took place just before the U.S. Civil War.
