I've been remiss in posting in these threads for some time now (with life and things getting in the way). I see some of the old faces are still here, and some new ones too. I'm going to try to post a bit more frequently from now on.

We'll start off with a recently re-worked photo that was originally taken back in 2013. One of a very few from my first days as a photographer, that I actually still like looking at (most of my earlier work did not stand the test of time, apparently).

Love the vibrancy of this. Reflects the livelihood of the subject matter quite nicely.

BTW every time I read your screen name makes me chuckle. I am hoping that isn't your real name or I just really committed a faux pas!

Lol! No, it's a deliberate partial pseudonym and a private joke with myself, although there are apparently real Joe Kings, God help them.

Thanks for the nice comment about my picture.

Apple Fan Boy, ScepticalScribe, JamesMike and Hughmac: I've been away from the Demi scene for a while. What's up, Game of Pi? Do I win a slice?

Beautiful tones and a great sense of immediacy. It feels as though you could almost put your hand in and touch him!

Sorry, more feathers...

Is that a duck under the water with its feet in the air? :)
