So a morning greeted by 2 more inches of white death, so this 2005 shot near Bragg Creek, AB came to mind. Olympus 3.2MP P&S camera.

Would like it to have been skilled enough to take sharper photo, but here is a photo where the bird has its lunch in its beak. From the NJ shore.
Being in the right place at the right time to get a shot like this outweighs how sharp the picture is. Plus, had you not said anything I doubt I would have noticed.
so here is the closeup ... a very happy cat, and yes, the lizard lost its tail in the game but he got off through the fence just fine ... maybe he will return today? ? ?

Nah, this sweet little daffodil was just rescued in advance from the wind and the pouring rain that we had the other day......while it stormed and poured rain outside we had a nice little safe and dry photo shoot indoors.

Archive photo of gardens long gone, and our 150 year old maples in the background. We had 7 of them when we first moved there. Historic cobblestone house, only one of 600 structures in the country, built (probably finished) in 1843. 20" thick walls, NO insulation. Downstairs had bed niches where they slept in the winter!

You are welcome, a good photo, like a good song, has done it's job if it connects with something inside. This reminded me of our kitchen and happier days.
