Hey, I think I saw that bird at the last Summer Olympics doing the uneven bar competition... ?

Looks like the jacaranda tree from the back yard at my previous flat.
Went up to Eagle's peak again (previous trek was on October 2020). This time with 15 kg less it was still hard, but I recovered faster on every brake and didn't end up all beaten and achy like last time.
I tried to focus on the top branches of the mini pine tree, but apparently was unsuccessful. Taken on a 12 mini.

Thank you for the compliment. My photos are from near where I live. Some may call it paradise, but I don’t. Like any place, it has it’s good points and not so good ones. I do try to make the best of what I have available to me.

Cats and older Mac laptops day 2 of 3. Watson next to a 2004 PowerBook G4 17" that I ordered off of eBay and that arrived on Saturday. She isn't quite certain she approves of it. Best to be careful.

My, how the hardware has changed. Look how much bigger the trackpad has gotten since then!
True. The trackpad in this PowerBook does work well, but yeah the size has increased.
You can still see echoes of the current MacBook Pro design in these older PowerBook laptops. I will post a cat & Mac laptop picture tomorrow with a MacBook Pro 2010 17" and the resemblance to the current MBP is very strong.
