Molly, give us a smile once in awhile. Just sayin. Don't these side by side shots count as two photos?
I think as long as it's one JPG, it's all good.Molly, give us a smile once in awhile. Just sayin. Don't these side by side shots count as two photos?
it’s a diptych, meant to be viewed as one photo.Molly, give us a smile once in awhile. Just sayin. Don't these side by side shots count as two photos?
As an art term a diptych is an artwork consisting of two pieces or panels, that together create a singular art piece these can be attached together or presented adjoining each other. In medieval times, panels were often hinged so that they could be closed and the artworks protected.

Same company that made warplanes for Germany in WW2.
I was never a fan of making diptychs, triptych and quadtych. But I must weigh in and in my option they are one "image". If you like making them keep them coming I enjoy everyones work. Please, folks, can we just stick to the established policies? If you don't recall what they are, please refer to the first post at the start of each month. They are listed there.
A few people seem to be sidling around this one in particular:
*One Photo per Day - Don't post more than one photo each day.
This means once every 24 hours within whatever one's time zone happens to be.....
It also means one image per day.....and one image is just that, not two. Perhaps those who like to do diptychs or stereograms or whatever can start a separate thread for that kind of work?
