Enjoy your day tomorrow, and I look forward to seeing the end results! Are you like me and you have a huge backpack containing almost every lens known to have exist in there, just in case you need it or feel inspired to use it? Oh, and a heavy tripod...
I'll be leaving most of my glass at home. Just a 24-70mm and a 70-300 just in case I decided I need a tele.
CF Gitzo isn't heavy. Looking forward to being out and about.
Mostly going to be experimenting with my new Lee Filters. Haven't got a clue what I'm doing, but we will give it a go.

Thanks Alex. It was only in my front garden, but when the light is right, that helps a lot!
My bag is all packed for tomorrow as I'm on a rare day's out for Photography!

indeed @Apple fanboy ! have a great time with the photons' electromagnetic waves bouncing off your possible subjects!

@Alexander.Of.Oz, I would recommend a tripod by 3 legged thing with no second thought. Best tripod I have ever used, having already used several by manfrotto, benro, vanguard, slik. Somewhat on the expensive side, but super light, VERY sturdy with their excellent geometry, expansively modular & serviceable, and most importantly, super light (yes again).

At the moment, I have a Benro Aluminium/Magnesium made one. It's excellent quality, nice and thick legs, very sturdy, water and dust proof, but dang it's heavy!

I am looking at a Carbon-Fibre replacement and the Three Legged Thing is way out of my price range, unfortunately. I've narrowed my choices down to the Benro C3570T and the Manfrotto MT055CXPRO3. The Benro holds twice the weight of the Manfroto and is $100 cheaper, so I'm leaning that way at the moment.

As a Yank myself, I’d like to go on record as saying I’ve never been to an eatery that served square fish, nor would I eat it if they did. Reminds of the frozen Gorton’s fish you used to find at the grocery when I was a kid. Just sayin’...

A long, long time before the "Tiny Home" thing even became a movement, this little house was built back in the 60's, close to where I live. I have a permaculture practitioner friend who lived here for quite a few years. It's a gorgeous place at this time of the year, covered in Boston Ivy, and that actually does make a considerable difference to the temperature of the place during Summer!

Apologies for the lack of detail to the sky, this is a jpeg straight out of camera, with no edits applied to it.

Any chance you might come back to night shots in color. Ooops, "colour" on your side of the pond.
I've a short set of colour images lined up for the New Year; in fact I'm working on processing a couple of them right now...

However, the black and white series of post-War 20th century modernist/brutalist buildings I'm working on at the moment is going to take up a good chunk of the foreseeable future - I've a list of about 75-80 (and counting!) buildings to cover, which I estimate will take around three years to complete.

There's a lot of building going on in Dublin at the moment, so by the time the three years are up I should then have another few years of colour night shots to do...
