The first year cub’s existence is entirely dependent on the mother’s ability to nurse and feed her young - especially as they prepare for the long winter hibernation. A sight like this is alway good.

I've been waiting for a few weeks for a good sunset at this location. There were many that happened when I wasn't able to be there. This past Saturday night I finally got one.

I’ve noticed most of your models have very neutral expressions. Is that a specific requirement?

Pretty much. With few exceptions, it's the look I'm going for. Plus, well...most of them aren't really models, so I don't like to put too much pressure on them.

Great example of how some subtle yet compelling adjustments can transform an image. Nice.
There was a wedding that had just finished the evening I took the sunset photo. I saw the wedding party and photographer going around the grounds taking the wedding photos. I took this one of the wedding aftermath. There was a bit of a phantom sun reflected in the clouds to the right of the mountain.

So ... went over to Central Park looking for the duck . Hunted around at all his reported haunts , but no luck . All I got , aside from the usual stuff was this guy...

they located that duck in a window display on a Mott St dimsum dive.
(Sob) That's what I feared !!!If he was looking out towards the St.would that mean he was turned into a Peeking Duck?

Ack! Everyone duck for cover -- this place is going quackers!
I think it's a Wood Duck . ( not wooden , that would make it a Decoy Duck) It was the only one in the pond and seemed to have been adopted by the flock usual mundane stuff that loiters in the Park ponds.
Ah, Wood Duck -- that sounds right!!! I have seen one of those a long time ago and they are really pretty.
