i’ve never seen diggers clean leaves before. snow yes, leaves no. we have the giant vacuum trucks here.
I acquired this front end loader from a friend. Extremely useful for all kinds of tasks. Front end loaders aren't very good 'diggers' unless they have a back hoe on the rear. I used it for snow removal and moving firewood up to the front porch in the winter, leaf and limb removal and gardening in the spring. I had a York rake rear attachment for leveling the gravel in the driveway which was 400' overall, U shaped around back of house. Also had a 54" mowing deck (we had almost 5 acres of grass). My friend used this on his farm until they moved to a vacation style style home high up above one of our Finger Lakes. He was going to move his boat and got to close to the edge of his driveway and it rolled over the side of the hill. He was able to jump off before it roll over him. He said he wasn't going to get back on it again, I asked him what he was going to do with it, and he said I could have..for free! That didn't seem fair, so I traded him a new monitor, a Windows upgrade and some RAM for it. It needed a new steering wheel, and muffler and that was it. 3 cylinder diesel engine, 4 wheel drive, 4 speed transmission with a high low range. Note the rust on the rear rims. Tires are filled with a solution of water and calcium as a counter weight for the front end bucket.
