Here's my one for today, I just got my film back from the developers yesterday which I took on my grand canyon hike. What an awesome place. While I was there a mule train passed by so of course I snapped a few. The first thing I noticed about this was the motion blur in the mule's front leg. Doh! Here's a time when I wish EXIF would exist for film :)

Took this image a while ago, but never had a chance to sit down and work on it. Untill now. So here's my October submission.

Alex, FYI, the thread is POTD; the "D" being day. So you can submit more than one photo for the month  Nice photo, love the composition and rim lighting on his hair. W/o the bokeh, it would look as if that one bird was landing on his head. I had hair that color once upon a long time ago. I'm just grateful I have some hair still left on my noggin:)

Memento Mori

Thought I'd start something on a Halloween-ish tone. Good, old-fashioned 17th century Scottish gravestone. Comments always appreciated

Thanks for the heads up, Florian:)

Since you said more than one image could be posted, here's another one.
I wish I could spend more time at that place:)
